Our French Macaron recipe slider below contains instructions on how to bake different kinds of Macarons.   In general, you are adding flavoring and coloring to the Meringue when it is ready.  You can run the mixer for 10-15 seconds to incorporate the flavoring.  Fold in the Almond Mix per instructions, pipe, let dry and bake.  You’ll be amazed at how simple things are.  Just be sure your Meringue isn’t too stiff.
