Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent checkout from working.

4. Advertising and Analytics

We want to be specific about this, because a general statement would not give you enough to decide.

We run advertising and measurement technology from three companies:

  • Google. Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager measure site usage. Google Ads and Google Merchant Center, connected through the Google for WooCommerce plugin, are used to advertise our products and to measure whether an ad led to a purchase.
  • TikTok. A TikTok pixel measures whether visits and purchases followed a TikTok ad, and supports advertising to similar audiences.
  • Awin. An affiliate tracking script records when a visit arrives through one of our affiliate partners so the partner can be credited for a sale.

These technologies transmit information to those companies, including your IP address, device and browser identifiers, the pages you view and the fact and value of a purchase. Each company uses that information under its own privacy policy and may combine it with information it already holds about you.

Under several state privacy laws, this activity is defined as sharing or selling personal data for targeted advertising, even though we receive no money for it. We describe it plainly here so that you can make an informed decision and exercise the choices in Section 7.

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not provide your name, email address, postal address or order history to advertising networks.

5. Payments

We accept payment through WooPayments, WooCommerce PayPal Payments (which processes PayPal and Venmo) and Amazon Pay.

When you pay, your card or account details are transmitted directly to the payment processor you choose. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers on our servers. Processing is carried out under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. We receive confirmation of the transaction, the last four digits of the card or the account identifier, and the billing details needed to fulfill and account for your order.

Each processor handles your payment data under its own privacy policy.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional email such as order confirmations, shipping notices and replies to your inquiries, because those are needed to complete your order.

We use TLS encryption on every page of this site, keep our platform and plugins updated, restrict administrative access to people who need it, and rely on PCI DSS compliant processors for payment handling.

No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

11. Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence.

Our site links to and embeds content from other companies, including social media platforms and our affiliate partners. We do not control their privacy practices and are not responsible for them. Review their policies before providing information to them.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our business, our website or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the Last Updated date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
