This Single Step French Macaron Baking Mix is a surefire and convenient way to bake French Macarons. Product includes an easy to prepare swiss buttercream filling perfect for decorating your macarons. Makes 30 1.5 inch macarons. Baked product will be cream colored with great natural almond-vanilla taste. To make the shells add water, mix, pipe and bake. No need for egg-whites or boiling milk. Make sure not to exceed 1/4 cup of water. Experiment with different food coloring & flavoring of your choice for a variety of different taste/color profiles.
