Pure coffee extract — CACVI cooperative, Cusco region, Peru
This extract is sourced exclusively from the Incahuasi Valley Agrarian Coffee Cooperative — CACVI — founded in 2005 and led by manager Claudio Ortiz Osis. CACVI unites 550 coffee-growing families who cultivate an average of two hectares each in the Choqesafra valley of the Inkawasi district, province of La Convención, Cusco region, Peru — at high altitude beneath the snow-capped Andes. Producers maintain the ancestral Inca traditions of Ayny (mutual aid) and Minca (community work) in full harmony with their environment.

Coffee extract in bulk format performs across a wide range of professional applications — from bakery and café operations to ice cream, chocolate, and beverage manufacturing. A consistent liquid extract eliminates the variability of brewed coffee in formulation and integrates cleanly into both water-based and fat-based applications. Use in tiramisu, coffee cakes, mocha ganache, cold brew flavoring, espresso-flavored confections, ice cream bases, and coffee-infused syrups.
What we don’t have matters
At Angel Bake, ingredient integrity is as important as flavor quality. The Culinary Aromatics line is formulated without: artificial flavors or enhancers, synthetic colors or dyes, propylene glycol, BHT or sodium benzoate, WONF (with other natural flavors), added sugar or artificial sweeteners.

Usage and servings
