We make food products, so returns work a little differently than they do for most online orders. Here is how it works.
Contact us first
Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your name, order number, the product involved and the reason for your request. Please wait for our instructions or an authorization before shipping anything back. Returns that arrive without authorization cannot be processed.
Unopened product
Unopened, unused product in its original packaging can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. This applies to retail bottles, kits and wholesale sizes alike. Approved returns carry a 20% restocking fee and a 3% payment processing fee. Return postage is at your cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and on orders that shipped free of charge the actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from the refund.
Opened product
Once a bottle or package has been opened it cannot be resold, so opened, used or partially used product is not returnable. If something seems wrong with the product itself, tell us. That is covered in the next section.
Damaged, defective, wrong or lost
If your order arrived damaged, leaked because of our packaging, is defective, is not what you ordered, or never arrived, contact us right away with your order number and photos of the product and the packaging. Once we confirm the problem we will replace the product or refund it, at no cost to you and with no restocking or processing fee. If we need the product back we will email you a prepaid return label. Otherwise we may simply ask you to dispose of it.
Custom and made to order product
Custom blends, special order and made to order product cannot be returned unless the product is defective or does not match the agreed written specification.
Refunds
Refunds go to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Store credit is available on request. Nothing on this page limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our full Terms and Conditions apply.
