Description
Angel Bake pure coffee extract, sourced from the Incahuasi Valley Agrarian Coffee Cooperative (CACVI) in the Choqesafra valley of the Inkawasi district, Cusco region, Peru. Founded in 2005 and led by manager Claudio Ortiz Osis, CACVI unites 550 coffee-growing families who cultivate an average of two hectares each at high altitude beneath the snow-capped Andes. Producers maintain the ancestral Inca traditions of Ayny (mutual aid) and Minca (community work) in harmony with their environment.
The cooperative runs one of the most impressive farmer support programs in the region — members receive sheep, guinea pigs, and trout farming training, and the cooperative operates an organic compost facility built in 2009 using coffee cherry pulp as its base. Coffee is grown, harvested, and processed with the same care and community ethic that has sustained these farming families for generations.
